You have likely read in the media, or heard through other sources, about budget reductions in athletics that will affect our school.

 

I’m writing today to inform you that all high school sports will continue to be offered in all U-46 high schools. The reductions you have heard about will affect the number of assistant coaches that we have and, in turn, the number of teams available for competition at each school in this spring. However, every U-46 high school will continue to offer:

 

 

Please know that we value the importance of athletics and extra-curricular activities for students. We will continue to provide as many athletic and extra-curricular activities as our budget will allow.
