Email Addresses Needed: After this week, we will not be sending home paper copies of the newsletter in an effort to save paper costs. We will be sending the weekly newsletter to all email addresses. You can also find the Principal’s News on the Timber Trails web site. If you haven’t done so, please give us your email address so that we can send you this newsletter and other information.

  
School Schedule Reminder: Just a reminder that we will not have school next week due to our building Institute Day and the Thanksgiving Holiday. School will resume on Monday, November 30th.

Fall Music Program: Thank you to all of our 4th through 6th grade parents and students for attending our music program this past Thursday evening. Our students performed very well!

Jimmy John’s Family Day: Our first Jimmy John’s Family Day will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at the Hoffman Estates location (the corner of Rt. 59 and Rt. 72, in front of the Target store). 20% of all food sales will go to Timber Trails, and Mr. Flanigan will be working behind the counter from 4:30-6:30pm! We hope to see you there!

 

 

D.A.R.E. Graduation: Congratulations to all of our fifth grade students, who graduated from our D.A.R.E. program this morning.  
 
Lost and Found: Any student who has lost an item of clothing should come to the main office to look through out Lost and Found bin. Students should speak with either Mrs. Hollister or Mrs. Martinez.

 

PTO Information
 
 
Reindeer Lane: Our annual Holiday Shop, formerly "Santa Shop", will be held from December 2-5 in the upper main hallway. Your child will have the opportunity to shop for the holidays right at the school! The Holiday Shop will be open during school hours Weds through Friday and from 9:00-11:00am on Saturday, December 5th. During this time on Saturday, there will also be Breakfast with Santa. Come and see Santa and have some pastries with us! We are still in need of volunteers that week to help the children shop. PTO Meeting: There will not be a PTO meeting in December! See you next year!
 
Board Positions Available: We are still looking for parents to replace some positions on the board for the next term.
