Mrs. Harms

Mrs. Harms teaches both Freshman and Sophomore English.  She previously taught the Regional Safe Schools Program (ROE) and then moved over to the alternative program at GSHS in the 2005-2006 school year.  She is a member of the Advisory Committee, which designs all of the advisory activities for the school.

Ms. Montgomery

Ms. Montgomery teaches Junior English, Creative Writing, and Art & Literature.  She is a member of the SIP Committee.  She has two M.A. degrees:  Curriculum and Instruction & School Leadership.

Ms. Montgomery is available for tutoring after school on Wednesdays--along with Mr. Watson and Mr. Torres.

Ms. Tolley

Ms. Tolley has been teaching at GSHS for 12 years.  She originally taught Freshman English and then she moved to Reading.  She has an endorsement in Reading and is Highly Qualified in that subject area.  She graduated from SIUC in 1996 with an MS in Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction.  She is part of the SIP and ART Committees.

Mrs. Wence

Mrs. Wence teaches reading and Freshman English.  She is also a member of the Social Committee.
