Freshman Tutoring Center at Elgin High School

The Freshman Tutoring Center was designed to give individual support to freshmen who need help transitioning to the workload and stress of high school.

The center is operated by certified teachers. Services are available to freshmen who are looking for help in any subject.

Students can attend tutoring during their study hall or lunch periods. They have the choice of coming to the center before the bell rings or asking their study hall teacher for a pass. 

The center is located in room 2 of the library at EHS.
