Dear Sunnydale Families,

I want to thank all of the parents who attended the October Principal's Coffee Hour.  We began the evening looking at our School Improvement Plan and discussing Title One. 

Our academic goals for this school year are:

Increase the percentage of students meeting and exceeding state standards in reading, by targeting word analysis skills, vocabulary, and reading comprehension strategies.

Increase the percentage of students meeting and exceeding state standards in math by targeting number sense, measurement skills, and problem solving strategies. 

Our School Improvement Plan(SIP) will be placed online in early November.
