Fundraiser Guidelines
- Dates should be in 2-week slot time periods.
- Limit 3 organizations to sell per 2 week time periods (a 4th may be added if it is an outside brochure, etc.)
- Updated each year - Organization List, Student Activity Sponsor Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement.
- Profit and Loss Statements to be turned in by fundraiser organizer 2 weeks after each selling period ends.
- Fundraising activities are for "legitimate" organizations only (elected officers, regularly scheduled meetings).
- No individual class may have a fundraising activity without administrative approval.
- Any exception of the guidelines needs administrative approval.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY FOOD ITEMS (CANDY, DONUTS, ETC.) ARE NOT TO BE SOLD ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING DURING LUNCH PERIODS. THIS DIRECTIVE HAS COME FROM THE FOOD & NUTRITION DEPARTMENT AND IS A STATE REGULATION. THE STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO STOP SELLING ANY ITEMS IN THE BUILDING DURING THE LUNCH PERIODS.

The Elgin High School Parent Teacher Organization and Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria will host a fundraiser for Elgin High School on Wednesday, September 16th.
Fifteen percent of your order will be donated to EHS when you mention EHS fundraiser when ordering. This includes dine-in, delivery or carryout.
