Welcome to the Nurse's Office

My name is Donna Widerberg (RN) and I' m the School Nurse at Ellis. I work in cooperation with the students,  parents, the community, and the faculty to promote the total health and well being of our students. I can be reached at (847) 888-5100 or via email at Donnawiderberg@u-46.org.

A health concerns list is compiled each school year and given to the staff members for review and to keep as a reference. Please inform the school nurse (or place on yoru child's emergency card) any health concerns you feel the school should be aware of. This information is confidential and shared on a need to know basis only.

Ellis is fortunate to have a A.E.D. (automatic external defibrillator) machine in our building. It is located across our main office.
