 We're located in Streamwood, Illinois and are currently in our 44th year of operation. Our school serves over 800 students in grades seven and eight. We are one of the eight middle schools operated by School District U-46. Our students come from the communities of Streamwood, Hanover Park and Bartlett.

Tefft Mission Statement

Tefft Middle School provides programs for early adolescents and an atmosphere conducive to the best personal and educational development of young people. Our environment encourages a child-centered approach to development and implementation. It also recognizes and provides for pupils' interests, needs and abilities. These various instructional techniques will result in an optimal level of learning success.
