 Dear Parents, 

Please encourage your children to keep on reading every night.  Century Oaks students have a slogan that they say every morning after the Pledge of Allegiance and the School Pledge  and it reads: “ Take a deep breadth, go with the flow. Just do your best and show what you know.”  Help the child/children  to remember to do their best everyday. 

Join us in congratulating our staff and students.  Century Oaks Elementary School has been named an Illinois Honor Roll Spotlight School by the Illinois State Board of Education.for Examplary Performace in Closing the Acheivement Gap, Meeting High Standards, and Opening the World of Opportunities for our children.  Our school earned a 2008 Spotlight Schools Award.
