Purpose:
A class website can be a creative way of getting students and parents excited about a subject, keeping them up to date on assignments, and providing them with valuable online resources. Since a class site should be engaging, I'll present information about upcoming events, classroom policies, and student examples of things that we have done in class. Of course, I'll want to include plenty of links so students can explore a wealth of ideas on the web.

 Bio: I have been teaching for 10 years in School District U-46. This upcoming year will be my 7th year at Creekside Elementary. Besides teaching 5th grade at Creekside and coaching the 5th/6th grade basketball teams, I also coach freshman football at Larkin High School. I will also be coaching the 7th grade boys and girls basketball teams at Kimball Middle School. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with my new class and an exciting year in my new coaching experiences!!!
